Whenever I see something that appears to be capable of taking photos, I want to test its image quality. I even tested a few scanners and visualisers!
My favourite genres of photography are landscape and cityscape, though I also do a little bit of everything else for my friends and family.

1. Were your photos edited?
Yes, they were. Editing (or post-processing) is an important part of photography. It facilitates artistic expression and helps photographers overcome limitations of equipment.
2. Do I need an expensive camera to take beautiful photos?
Generally speaking, you don’t. While a good camera certainly helps, it’s the person behind the lens that matters more. Some of the photos on this page were taken with a phone or with a second-hand compact camera costing only HK$1800 (US$230).
3. What camera should I buy?
I would encourage you to start with your existing equipment, such as your phone. It helps you understand what kind of cameras and lenses may be more suitable for you. If you need some help in picking the right cameras and lenses, take a look at DPReview's Buying Guide.
4. May I use your photos?
